  • All candles are handmade from natural soy wax; slight variations in color, fragrance, or appearance are normal and not considered defects.

  • Custom orders are made specifically for you and may take extra production time.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase through the payment methods listed on our website/Instagram shop.

  • Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only; delays due to weather, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases.

  • Customized or personalized candles are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our platforms—including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding—is the property of House of Mukshika and may not be copied or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a lit candle unattended.
